Returns
- Returns are accepted until 30 days after purchase for a full refund or a store credit. A $8 return processing (label) fee applies for refunds.
- After 30 days a replacement/ store credit is offered until 90 days after purchase.
- A reason for the return, for quality purposes only, will be appreciated.
- Email sales@tiedeals.com to request a replacement/ refund, a prepaid label (US only) will be emailed to you.
- Only returns are accepted when merchandise is returned in exactly the same state as purchased, including original tags/ box (when applicable).
Return - Steps
- Email sales@tiedeals.com to request a prepaid return label
- Mention for quality purposes the nature of the return (Color/ size issue?)
- Tiedeals emails a prepaid label (US only)
- Mail the product with the prepaid label (print)
- A few days later the refund will be processed
